We believe strength training using the basic, compound barbell lifts is the single most important aspect of our training. With our General Membership, come squat, bench press, overhead press, and deadlift in finest strength training facility in the country. Strong members may train during any of our open gym hours on their own.
With 1-on-1 Personal Training, one of our world-renowned strength coaches will teach you proper form and coach you on all the lifts, write an incredibly effective individualized program, and help to further educate you in the world of strength, conditioning, fitness, and fat-loss.
GREAT option for beginners! Our Bootcamp classes are hour-long classes that focus on a combination of strength training via barbell and bodyweight exercises and a high energy, fun, cardio component. Bootcampers enjoy the same quality of instruction as 1-on-1 training, but will be in a group setting.
Training in multiple disciplines and focusing on the technical aspects of unarmed combat, these classes are designed to help prepare you for the worst, whether in the cage or on the street, in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
